And, now’s the time when Senior Health and Senior Fitness are so important, so get moving whenever you possibly can. Joining a gym, playing racquetball, tennis, or golf is a great way to do that. Even walking your dog is an excellent way to get out in the sunshine and get some exercise. If you can’t do any of those for some reason, then try using TV shows like “Classical Stretch” and “Sit and be Fit” to keep you motivated. These are just a few examples of how to keep moving and stay in shape.
So, don’t waste another day. ‘You’re in the prime of your life’ and should be enjoying it! So, get out that bucket list, put on those sneakers, or book that trip you’ve been dying to go on. Show everyone how great 50 can truly be!
